John Stephenson LLC operates Gov Contract Radar and provides all services offered through this website. This agreement governs use of the service.

Agreement and provider

These Terms form an agreement between the customer (“you”) and John Stephenson LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). John Stephenson LLC operates Gov Contract Radar and provides every service offered under the Gov Contract Radar name.

The service

Gov Contract Radar provides government opportunity discovery, organization and screening intelligence. It is an independent commercial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government agency.

No guarantee or professional advice

Source coverage varies. We do not guarantee complete opportunity discovery, eligibility, award, revenue, uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party source material. Match scores support screening only. You must review the official solicitation, amendments and agency instructions. The service is not legal, accounting or procurement advice.

Subscriptions, authorization and cancellation

The Territory plan charges $49 for the first monthly billing cycle and then automatically renews at $99 per month. Multi-State automatically renews at $249 per month. Custom Coverage pricing is agreed separately. By completing a PayPal subscription, you expressly authorize John Stephenson LLC to collect the disclosed recurring charge through PayPal until you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the paid billing period unless the service is terminated for misuse or nonpayment. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate profile information, independent qualification and bid decisions, registrations, deadlines, proposal content, submission and compliance with each agency’s rules. You must maintain access to the email and PayPal account used for enrollment.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for your organization’s internal business purposes. You may not resell, scrape, systematically redistribute, reverse engineer or misuse the service; interfere with its operation; access another customer’s information; or violate applicable law.

Ownership

John Stephenson LLC owns Gov Contract Radar, the service design, original reports, software, scoring presentation and branding, excluding government notices and other third-party material. Your business information remains yours. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service internally during the paid period.

Suspension and service changes

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, unlawful use or material breach. Coverage sources, presentation and features may change as procurement systems and the service evolve. Material changes to an active paid plan will not retroactively increase charges for a completed billing period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. John Stephenson LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid John Stephenson LLC for Gov Contract Radar during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without our written consent; John Stephenson LLC may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization or transfer of the service.
